Project Details

With the Ontario provincial election set for October 10, 2007, CTV News asked Advanced Products Group for a few displays that would help them deliver the Top-Rated Election coverage.

The APG Solution

A 3x3 Infinite Plasma wall was set up at the background of the set to show the different shots of the ridings as the anchors spoke to the reps via live satellite. In addition, the 103" Panasonic plasma was used to broadcast the results of votes. Both the plasma wall and the 103" plasma provided a means for the audience to follow the results easily, as well as made it convenient for the news cast to be able to present their media appropriately.
